As a Level VFX Artist, I was responsible for enhancing gameplay environments through visually compelling and immersive effects. My work included dressing levels with VFX elements to support mood, storytelling, and gameplay clarity. I created large-scale backdrop effects, such as forest fires, distant explosions, massive smoke plumes and other environmental sequences that helped ground the world beyond the battlefield to smaller scaled effects such as drifting dust/smoke, burning wrecks and scattered fires to reinforce the feeling of an active, living conflict.
Additionally, I collaborated closely with Tech art, Environment art and lighting teams to ensure that all effects were optimized, cohesive, and contributed to the overall atmosphere and player experience.
I had the honor to have ownership of 4 levels which included IBERIAN OFFENSIVE, LIBERATION PEAK, SAINTS QUARTER and MIRAK VALLEY. And I also helped on finalizing BLACKWELL FIELDS and EASTWOOD.
